Abe356 Terms and Conditions — Membership & Gaming Rules

1 General Terms

Abe356 is an online gaming and entertainment platform serving users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between abe356 and its members.

In the event of any legal interpretation, the English version of these Terms shall take precedence. abe356 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time and will endeavor to notify members in advance of any changes.

• By accessing the abe356 platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
• If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.
• All abe356 services operate in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh.

2 Membership & Registration

The following requirements must be met to register on abe356. abe356 reserves the right to reject any registration application, particularly where the information provided is false or incomplete.

• Age: Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• ID Document: The name, address, and other details provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.
• One Account: A maximum of one account is permitted per individual, household, device, or IP address.
• Contact Information: A valid mobile number and email address are required at registration.
• KYC Verification: Identity verification via national ID or passport is required before processing a withdrawal.

To update any information provided at registration, please contact the support team and submit the required documentation. Accounts created with false information may be terminated at any time and any balance may be forfeited.

3 Account Security

Keeping your abe356 account secure is your responsibility. Please follow the security guidelines below at all times:

• Never share your password with anyone — including family or friends.
• If you log in on another person's device, always log out when the session ends.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, contact support immediately.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your account is strictly prohibited.
• Abe356 will never ask for your password via email or chat — any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt.

Abe356 accepts no liability for account hacking or unauthorized access, unless it is proven to have resulted from a fault in our systems.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits and withdrawals on abe356 are available via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. All financial transactions are governed by the following rules:

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 300 (three hundred taka).
• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• Same Payment Method: Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
• Processing Time: Deposits process in 2–5 minutes; withdrawals typically take 15–30 minutes, but may take 24–48 hours if KYC verification is incomplete.
• Third-Party Payments Prohibited: Deposits and withdrawals must be made using a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Anti-Money Laundering: In cases of suspicious transactions, abe356 may request additional information and place payments on hold.

Before processing a withdrawal request, abe356 reserves the right to confirm identity verification and wagering requirements have been met.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

All abe356 bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms. Please read the relevant conditions carefully before claiming any bonus:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to BDT 5,000. A 25x wagering requirement on the bonus amount applies before withdrawal.
• Reload Bonus: The wagering requirement for the weekly reload bonus is 15x.
• Cashback: Up to 10% cashback on weekly net losses — withdrawable with no wagering requirements.
• Bonus Validity: Each bonus will expire if not used within 7 days of being issued.
• Multiple Bonuses: Only one bonus may be active at a time.
• Bonus Abuse: If bonus system abuse is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.

6 Gaming Rules

The following rules apply when playing on abe356. These guidelines ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all players:

• Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and are completely impartial.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the stake will be refunded.
• If a game is interrupted due to a lost connection, it will resume from the last saved state.
• In any dispute regarding game rules, abe356's system logs shall serve as the final and conclusive evidence.
• Using abusive or harassing language in the Live Dealer game chat will result in chat access being revoked.
• Using software or bots to disrupt game services is strictly prohibited.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on abe356. Violating these restrictions may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all deposited funds and winnings:

• Opening an account under a false or someone else's identity.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage.
• Use of automated bots, scripts, or AI software.
• Intentionally exploiting bugs or glitches in the game system.
• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusive behavior toward other players.
• Attempts to hack or gain unauthorized access to abe356 systems.

8 Data & Privacy Policy

• Information collected at registration is used solely for account management and KYC verification.
• Your personal information is never sold to third parties.

9 Limitation of Liability

Abe356 accepts no liability for the following:

• Game losses resulting from disconnection or technical issues.
• System errors on the part of third-party game providers.
• Account losses resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Service unavailability due to unplanned technical maintenance.
• Service disruptions caused by events beyond abe356's control.

For any claim, abe356's maximum liability shall be limited to the value of the transaction in question.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

Abe356 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Evidence of false identity or fraud.
• Suspicious financial activity or money laundering.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Court orders or directives from regulatory authorities.

You may request account closure at any time through support. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any verified balance before the account is closed; however, this may not apply in cases of Terms violations.

11 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between abe356 and a member, the following process will apply:

• Please contact our support team first to attempt to resolve the issue.
• If the matter is not resolved through support, please submit a formal complaint.
• Abe356 will provide an initial response within 7 business days of receiving a complaint.
• Complex cases may take up to 30 days to resolve.
• Abe356 system logs and records shall be treated as conclusive evidence in any dispute.

In disputes concerning game outcomes, the relevant game provider's audit report will be the deciding factor. abe356's decision shall be considered final and binding.

12 Terms & Conditions Updates

Abe356 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification in advance.

• Updated terms take effect from the date they are published.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account.
